Shower IQ provides a limited warranty solely to the original purchaser, which is NOT transferable. All frameless

enclosures are covered by a 60-day workmanship warranty beginning from the time of installation, while other

enclosures, including semi-frameless designs, have a 30-day warranty from the time of installation. Workmanship

warranty will cover only silicone application, hardware tune up, replacement of vinyl, and replacement of defective

hardware. Any vinyl replacement needed past our 60-day; or 30-day policy (semi-frameless) from installation can be

purchased by visiting our office.

Accidental glass breakage or faults such as scratches, chips, breakage, and hard water stains on the glass are not

covered under warranty. We do not assume liability for defects in the glass, such as scratches and chips, unless

acknowledged within 24 hours of installation.

Shower IQ is not responsible for conditions caused by misuse or abuse, failure to clean or maintain the glass, or any

structural changes that may cause damage to the shower door. Additionally, we are not liable for issues related to

items inside the walls, including water pipes, electrical wiring, and insufficient mounting support. The original

purchaser is responsible for ensuring sufficient backing and support within the wall to sustain the weight of the

glass enclosure. Shower IQ will not be held responsible to repair or replace any surface materials that break due to

normal drilling. Shower IQ will not repair or replace any cracked surface material at the time of installation or

removal of them. Surface materials include but are not limited to, (glass tile, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, general

tile), granite and/or any countertop, acrylic / fiberglass shower pan. Our installers will notch decorative or protruding

tiles, but we will not be responsible for any damage due to this process. If existing framed shower door enclosures

need to be removed, Shower IQ will conduct the removal to the best of our ability. However, any discoloration or

stains seen post removal of existing enclosure on tile or any said surface above, will be the responsibility of the

original purchaser.

We will address water leakage concerns after installation to the best of our ability and within our control. However,

unreasonable use such as aiming of the showerheads and detachable shower sprayers directly to door or glass are

considered non-warrantable concerns and will not qualify under warranty. Other non-warranty concerns include

shower curbs / lips which are not sloped properly to the inside, resulting in leakage outside the shower area or

similar defects resulting in water leaks. Shower IQ will not be held responsible for any leakage, damage, breakage or

flaws due to this process.

All shower enclosures are installed following precise site measurements conducted by a Shower IQ installer. These

measurements encompass the centerline positioning of the glass, along with the standard glass deduction required

for hardware installation. Measurements indicating out-of-square conditions can be incorporated into the glass

fabrication process to ensure a uniform and level installation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms specified in the warranty. Once an order is placed, it

cannot be canceled and may incur additional charges if modifications are requested.
